  • What time is check-in at the hotel?
    The official check-in time is 2 PM. If your assigned room is available, you may check in before the scheduled time.
  • What time should I leave my room?
    On the day of your departure, you must leave the room and go to Reception to return the keys and settle the outstanding balance before 12 noon.
  • Does the hotel offer luggage storage?
    The hotel has a limited area for storing luggage free of charge.
  • How much does breakfast cost?
    The price of breakfast is €18 per person.
  • What does the spa circuit included with your reservation consist of?
    The spa circuit is per person over 16 years of age and includes a therapeutic pool, communal whirlpools, a marine circuit, a footbath, a Finnish sauna, a hammam, a Nordic bath, an ice fountain, and a relaxation room for the duration specified on the voucher given upon check-in. Children aged 3 to 10 are only allowed access to the pool area, provided they are accompanied by a responsible adult and during special opening hours. Reservations are required at the Spa Minos counter.
  • Does the hotel offer shuttle service?
    We offer a shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. You must contact the hotel reception directly (at least 48 hours before arrival) by emailing villaolimpica@zthotels.com.
  • Do you have parking spaces?
    The hotel has private underground parking. Space is limited. The rate is €20 per night per vehicle. We also have electric vehicle charging stations. Ask reception for charging rates.
  • Can I request a crib?
    Yes, with a supplement (limited units). Please note that the maximum occupancy per accommodation unit, including infants, cannot be exceeded.
  • Are pets allowed?
    Pets are not allowed. Only assistance dogs for people with disabilities are allowed. They must be trained in specialized centers that accompany people with visual, hearing, or other disabilities, or dogs included in assisted therapies. These dogs must always be identified and be serving the person for whom they are authorized.
  • What credit cards are accepted?
    We only accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
